Oh how I long for the old days.........very nice car...my friend had a 67 Impala with a 6 cylinder and 3 on the tree we used to cruise the circuit...lots of fun

Wow, this is so awesome dad! I didn't know you posted your photos of White Lightning. The videos were a lot of fun and gives some great perspective on the car. The photos of it on our old driveway are the best. It looks great in our front yard :)

Mario, that is such a sweet looking Chevy you got there my brother. I love 67 Full size Chevy's and I kind of grew up with one. From 1967 to 1969, my dad had a 67 Chev wagon as a company car. Even though my dad, as of 1967 had a new 1967 Buick Special sedan and a 1957 Pontiac sedan that he bought in 1959. The 67 Chev wagon to me as a kid looked super huge. I remember the car being white and having a blue interior. It had small hub caps, so it must have been a lower model of wagon. Cheers.

Mario, I forgot to mention that I have a 1974 Chevrolet Caprice Estate wagon that my dad bought in May 1974. It is featured here on American Torque. You may want to check it out. You and I have some stuff in common. Both our dads bought Chevy full size wagons and we are both Chevy gear heads. Cheers.

Hey, Mario. I've been looking at all the pictures of your '67 Impala. Nice ride! I was going to include a few pix of my touring buddy's blue '67 with this comment, but it appears I can't include pix when I post a comment to your page. Any suggestions?

Thanks Ray. I love taking her to car shows and meeting up with fellow gear heads. My Dad had a new 63 Chevy wagon and shortly after I got my license. So my big dates were in his borrowed wagon until I saved enough to get my own car.

It's a great Cruiser and I get a lot of Thumbs Up when I take it out. I'm sure you get the same with your 57 Pontiac. It's a beauty! Cheers, Mario

I heard through the old car grapevine (Rob), that you sold your 67. Mario, give us all the dirty laundry on that situation. I hope you are going to replace that fine Chevy with even a finer Chevy. By the way I forgot to login on A.T. and this is George 57Timemachine. Cheers.

Yes I did sell White Lightening to a younger couple with 3 children and they fell in love with it so it's in good hands. Just Time to move on.

Since I downsized 3 years ago from my house with a 2 car garage to a Condo I had to rent a garage for the car. Just too much.

I will go to the car shows with my brother John and his 68 Corvette convertible and enjoy the ride and company. It's much easier this way for me. Cheers, Mario
