As a lifetime Chevy man the 1958 Impala when it came out that year really was a big hit. I was only 11 years old but I remember walking to the Chevy dealer and sitting in the 58 Impala by myself! The salesman came over and asked me if I wanted to buy one! I felt so good he asked but I told him I didn't have a license yet! He said "come back when you do". Cheers!
