So far I'm pleased with the SSR. So glad my wife suggested it. I can get in and out with no problems and it has that wonderful LS2 engine.

That's good. Hard to get in and out of Corvettes at our age! LOL.

Great, that's the way to do it and maximize your selling price. Good Luck to you and your wife and years of enjoyment with your SSR'S.

Hey Dave, Rob here. I gave up my last Corvette for a 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pac Wide Body. Not quite the same driving experience. More brutish street racer, then twisty tamer.
Congrats on the new ride. That 3rd party got a true Corvette Lover's ride. Drive safe. Rob

Thanks, Ron. I took a serious look at one of those ScatPac cars. They are a whole different breed of beast. I like them, but I opted to stick with the LS engine because I'm more familiar with it.

HOOTERS Car Show Sarasota, Florida 02/03/2024 what can be better than that?
We're biting at the bit up here in New York mid winter and waiting impatiently for Spring and Car Shows! Cheers to you Dave. Mario

My SSR trophied in the HOOTERS show last night. We will be showing Susan's as soon as the custom updates are completed. I think it's going to be awesome when they're done with it.

Congratulations Dave on getting the Trophy! What year is your SSR? I see the grill looks different than Susans.
[Reply to this comment]ghpcnm on Feb 4, 2024 said:
Both are 2005. The grills are modded. Actually, mine is stock other than the red bowtie. Susan's has some added chrome and contrasting color.

OK got it. I like your grill very simplistic and classy.
Susan's is a little more fancy but it's typical of the SSR's I've seen.

Susan's is geared more to appeal to the kids. She's still a kid at heart...LOL.

Nice photoshoot Dave at Brooksville, FL. You captured both SSR's in some great shots.
Glad to see you back on AT. I was wondering where you went! Regards, Mario

Hey Dave, I've been absent for a time and it is nice to come back and be greeted by your excellent version of the SSR. I like what you did to it, and in your recovery I like what it did for you. Stay healthy Dave. Enjoy the day and your ride and life as we live it.
