The original 4.0 litre six is waiting to be replaced with a Golen 4.6 Litre stroker motor...putting out somewhere around 285 HP and 315 Ft. Lbs. The Golen motor will also benefit from a Hypertech Power Programmer to re-map the fuel delivery and boost bottom end torque. Hypertech claims an added 25 HP and 40 Ft. Lbs., but that remains to be seen. Both are in my garage awaiting installation. Good numbers for a straight six. The AR767's and 32" BFG Muds were swapped out for a set of Mickey Thompson Classic II's and 33" Baja Claws. All due respect to the boys that drove the predecessors of this Jeep while defending our country and freedom.
