Big difference is headlights going into the fenders instead of on top. Also the radiator grilles were moving from vertical to horizontal which led to the grilles of the 50's. Taillights went from 1 to 2 and got bigger. What a great time to be a new car designer. Unfortunately WWII hit us and everything stopped!
