The fifties are it for me and always have been. What a major automotive revolution happened during that iconic decade. The sixties had it for raw power but the fifties had it for flair, style and pizazz. There are so many amazing vintage vehicles of every make during that decade but for me Chevrolet reigned supreme. Especially the Chevy's from 1955 to 1959. Cheers.

So true George, the Fifties rein supreme and the Chevy's were in their glory in the mid to end of the decade.
All the GM cars were great then and I loved the GM Motoramas. I was fortunate to visit a couple of them with my Dad who was a GM and Chevy guy. Cheers!

Mario, I see you are missing a 1957 Chevrolet with a 283 V-8 with either Factory fuel injection or factory dual four barrels. Cheers.

The 50 Ford Crestline was a last minute idea to compete with Chevy's Bel Air 2 door hardtop. Ford didn't have one until 1951.
I like the 2 tone color combo on this one too. Don't see many at car shows.

What a decade the Fifties were! The boom after the war inspired our parents to let loose.
The competition of the Muscle cars of that era was strong causing bigger and more powerful cars.
By the end of the Fifties the Muscle cars were as large as boats with 2 and 3 times the hp of the Forties.
I am so grateful to have been a part of that era. Enjoy! Mario
