Alma, Ontario, Canada Car Show.

Saturday August 24, 2024.

I took in the annual Alma car show with my 57 Pontiac and my brother Mike with his 62 Falcon. We got five minutes of rain and then the rest of the day was perfect. It was a beautiful country drive there and back, which is half the fun of car shows. Check out the rides. Cheers.

I agree George, that 66 Plymouth Grand Fury is a favorite. I love the rear tail panel and I see it has the "C" pillar from Mopar trying to emulate GM and Fords BUBBLE TOPS. Close but...not quite.

Excellent montage of engine pics...from mild to wild. I bet you could be a photographer for the swim suit edition of Sports Illustrated if your heart doesn't give out...just kidding...;-)

WOW, that yellow Thunder Chicken jumps off the screen at ya'. Almost scares a viewer.

To drive home I'll take the Mopar Dart.

Thanks for sharing Geo, always a treat. Rob

I will take the pair of 55 & 56 Mercury's, although the 56 had the new 12 Volt system and bigger V8 than the 55. Both look great in 2 tone.

The 56 Ford Fairlane is one of my favorite year Fords also with new 12 Volt system allowing more options and power. Lots of chrome options on this 2 tone HT.

Two more Fords the 51 Victoria HT in beautiful condition 2 tone V8 and the 54 Ford 2 door sedan V8. First year of the new Y Block 239 but more HP than the old flathead. HP jumped from 110 to 130.

Nice car show George and glad the rain let up. Cheers to you, Mario
