I took in the long running Milton Steam Era Show that has been a yearly Labour day event for sixty two years now. This event is a four day event but the car show is on labour day. There is a car show but it is mainly farm tractors and equipment and you get see them run and move about. There was literally hundreds of steam and gas tractors and various forms of equipment from a long bygone era. All the sights and smells of vintage equipment was amazing. This is held in my home town of Milton so I did not have to drive far. It was a great day all around. Check out the rides and tractors. Cheers.

Hey George.....oh how you brought back some of my best memories as a kid going to our local Grainger's Steam and Power Show, and it was held at an amusement park no less. The absolute MASS of those steam engines even as I see them today really blew me away standing next to them as a kid.
My cousin sent me pics from this year's show back in PA. Of course, there was always the PA Dutch Food available to sample, so you could leave the show a few pounds heavier than when you arrived.
It's amazing the amount of power those steam engines could amass. It seemed to be a short season in time they existed, and it is great to see that hobby still lives on today.
So my choice, for this show, is any one of the steam engines. Now, to figure out where to park it when I get it home. Won't the neighbors be happy to hear the shrill whistle when I pull up???
Nice work Geo......nice addition to the car show.
Cheers, Rob
